When you order from the website, I select the most cost-effective and fast shipping method available to make sure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

Please note that once the order for a custom planner is placed, it’s transfered to the third-party printing house that will produce and ship your custom planner. Therefore no further changes to the design are possible once the order is placed. Therefore I strongly insist that you carefully check the cover title and design before completing the order.

Due to the custom design of your planner, no exchanges or refunds are possible either. All sales are final.

Please note that I don’t have inventory. Hence every new planner is produced upon request only after an order is placed. The production may take up to 10 business days.

After the production is over, the orders are shipped within 48 hours.

The orders are shipped from the US.

For international shipping please allow 30 business days from the date of your order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number that you can use to track your parcel.

If your package does not arrive within 7 business days of the expected delivery date please let me know. I ensure all of our packages, but if you don’t let me know in a timely manner there will be nothing I can do to help you out. I want to make sure your order arrives safely to you, and if there are any hiccups at all don’t hesitate to reach out.

I do my best to protect each shipment. However, if for some reason your package is damaged during shipment please be sure to take a picture of the damage and the outer packaging. Then send it to  to start support@planneezer.com the claim process.


Once the order is placed, no changes to the product design or shipping address can be made. All the details you specify at checkout are final and aren’t subject to any changes via chat or email. All the mistakes or inaccuracies that you may make will stay as they are. Please double-check all the information before submitting your information and completing the order.

We use a door-to-door delivery. So your package is supposed to be delivered to the address you specified during checkout.

However, if you are not at home during the delivery time, your parcel might be kept at the local postal office for 30 days. In this case, you will have to pick it up personally.

As soon as the tracking system shows that your package has arrived, we’ll send you an email with the notification to remind you to pick up your order. We’ll also ask you to confirm the delivery of your package by clicking the button in the email. Note that we’ll keep sending the reminders for 10 days straight until you confirm the delivery. If you ignore our reminders and fail to pick up your parcel on time, it might be returned to the sender. In this particular case, given that all the actions are taken on time and according to the shipping policy, Onplanners.com will not be responsible for not delivering your package.

If the parcel returns back to us because you didn’t pick it up, we won’t be able to resend it.

If the tracking shows as delivered but your package does not arrive, and it was sent to the address provided in your order, then you will need to follow up with the carrier to make sure your order is delivered.


If you select a product that is a pre-order and combine shipping with products that are available to ship now, we will wait to bundle your items in one shipment (at the time that pre-order is ready to ship). If you would like some products sooner, it is best to place separate orders.
