Planning apps released for all platforms. Today there are a huge number of digital planners, but one thing is for sure — the larger the screen, the easier it is to work with the planner. However, forgetting about the ability to view tasks and edit them from a mobile device is also not worth it, so cross-platform is one of the main features of the best digital planners. We have selected several popular apps, which we will talk about further.

If you have no enough space for handwriting, you can add more blank pages. Like in this video manual.
- Tap Page overview in the toolbar menu.
- Select where you’d like to place the new page.
- To add a new page, tap Add page in the top menu bar.
So you’ll have more pages.
Just tap on hyperlinks on pages and right/top sidebars using your finger. The device doesn’t support navigating using a stylus.
- Tap the notebook options icon, then Page overview.
- Tap Duplicate in the top action bar. An exact copy will appear immediately after the page you chose in the notebook.

The process of preparing for work is as simple as possible. You need:
- Download the PDF annotation application;
- Download the digital planners as a PDF through a browser or send it to your mail;
- Click on the downloaded file and select the app to work with it.
You can download the PDF with actual dates during the current year and next year as many times as you need. You can generate a file with new dates, but after the following year ends, you won’t have access to new dates.
So if you purchase a planner in 2024, you access only to 2024–2025 dates. In 2026, you can still download files, but with old dates. To access new dates, just purchase the planner again.
It’s pretty simple. To do that, follow these steps:
- Choose the most convenient Planner/Planner Pack and add it to the cart.
- Click on the “Checkout” button.
- Enter your email and choose payment method. Stripe (pay by card).
- Complete purchasing.
Once your purchase is complete, you get access to the automatically created account, where you can download your planner. Here is the quick link to that page.
Incorrectly entered email addresses or spam folders can lead to this issue. Contact us at Support@planneezer.com, and we’ll manually deliver your order. Also, check your junk/spam folders. For ApplePay or Stripe, emails go to the associated payment email.
If no account was created during purchase, click the link in your order confirmation email. Creating an account is optional. To do so, visit this URL: https://planneezer.com/my-account/, click ‘Create Account,’ use your purchase email, and set a password. This account will show all purchases tied to that email.
